Aldi
Full Time Atherstone, England 29680 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

For this hands-on technical support role, you'll make sure our infrastructure is in tip-top condition. Because if it's not, we simply couldn't work.

Our National IT teams support Aldi by delivering our system and infrastructure needs. As part of this, you'll be one of our go-to people for first level or project support. It means going above and beyond when needed, but that's what you'd expect. And it's what you take pride in too. After all, the business relies on you.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. As our customers grow and change with technical advances, our own people and business need to as well.

We are seeking an exceptional Store IT Expansions Coordinator within our National IT Department on a 23 month fixed term contract.

As a technician in store expansions, you will coordinate, administer, and troubleshoot all aspects of ALDI’s store openings, store extensions and lane extensions across GB and IE. Within this role, you will work closely with various teams across National IT, National Property, Regions and our external support partners to meet timelines for store openings. In addition, you will ensure compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations.

You will need to be an organised and versatile individual with an ability to understand common technical problems and assist remote engineers in their resolution. You will be a stakeholder in a number of concurrent projects and therefore attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy in your work is key whilst ensuring timely updates.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop within the business and play a key part in shaping the future of Aldi globally. Ready for more? Apply to join #TeamAldi today!
