An exciting opportunity has arisen within Southern Health Foundation Trust (SHFT) to appoint two efficient motivated Community Nursery Nurses to work with the East Hants and Rushmoor & Hart School Nurse Teams, based at Alton Health Centre and Aldershot Centre for Health. You will be joining a leading organisation that is both forward thinking and innovative. We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills who has the ability to work as part of a corporate skill mixed team delivering delegated components of the Healthy Child Programme.
You will be part of a skill mixed team and you will be required to promote child health and parenting skills for families by participating in planned programmes of care under the supervision of a registered practitioner. You will need to be committed to working to achieve healthy outcomes for children and have an awareness of aspects of safeguarding children whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines and policies.
With a positive approach to customer care, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently.
Applicants must have excellent IT skills as you will be required to record clinical data in the electronic record system.
