Job description
We are looking for bar and waiting staff to join our award winning team at 56 North. We are an independent bar and specialise in gin with a working distillery on site.
Previous waiting or bar experience is helpful but full training is given.
The key attributes we will look for in applicants are as follows:
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Passion for customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop your knowledge whether bartending is your chosen career or a part time job during your studies
- You must be available for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival Period Dates of late July to start of September including weekends and evening.
Full training will be provided around these areas however you must possess the following attributes.
- Punctual.
- Lively, outgoing and enthusiastic.
- Fluent in English.
- Hard work ethic.

Salary: £9.18-£12.00 per hour
