Product Content Executive – 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Reports to: Product Content Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, until February 2024 (6 months from start date)

Location: Hybrid working, with 40% (2 days) office based at Farringdon, London EC1R

First a bit about the role:

As a Product Content Executive, you will be responsible for the creation of new products in our bespoke product management system for Buyagift and Red Letter Days brands.

You will sit within the Content Team of the Buying department, reporting into the Product Content Manager and working alongside the Buying and Marketing Teams.

A bit more about the role:

Product management for partner products
Creation of new products in our bespoke product management system
Creative product copywriting to inform and persuade, adhering to brand guidelines and SEO best practice
Maintenance of existing products and supplier records including changes to pricing, copy, images and lifecycle status
Editing product images using Photoshop and maintenance of supplier image database
Supporting the team to action product optimisations

Copywriting skills
Strong proofing skills and scrupulous attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident, with a strong teamwork ethic, supporting colleagues and giving/receiving help to ensure project success
Ability to learn quickly, think proactively and confidently build solid working relationships with peers
Ability to work under pressure, working at pace across multiple projects at a time
Proven time management and organisational skills
