Are you looking for a new role to progress in your career? Would you like a new challenge with a successful food manufacturer? My client is looking for a NPD Technologist to join their team in an exciting period of growth.

The Role:

Reporting to the NPD Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for,

• developing innovative products as well as the continuous improvement of existing products and ranges to meet market trends and customer expectations
• managing and facilitating shelf-life trials
• liaising with supply chain, warehousing, and suppliers
• developing recipes, bespoke ingredients, new ingredients, and packaging
• attending factory trials, customer pre-pros and launches, whilst overseeing product quality

The Candidate:

• knowledge of ingredients is essential, specifically bakery
• food science degree preferred but not essential
• must be willing to learn and grow
• someone with drive and passion

The Package:

• £27,000
• set company bonus
