Do you have the passion to work in a busy out of hour’s environment offering a professional patient care service in our Mid & South Essex Locality? If you want to work for a company who are dedicated and passionate towards their workforce, then this role may be for you!

Do you have good knowledge and understanding of the Mid & South Essex area, and can use various IT equipment including PC and Sat Nav, and have a full clean driving licence? Are you able to show fantastic care and compassion to patients and willing to work evenings and weekends as the norm for our out of hour’s service? If so, we would love to hear from you.

The dual job purpose of this exciting role is to transport GP’s on visits around the locality to visit patients, whilst providing a point of contact for patients upon arrival at dedicated base, welcoming them and ensuring their confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Ability to maintain an accurate log of waiting patients on the system and ensuring that they are directed to the relevant Clinicians as soon as possible and in priority order is a must. Each patient seen should then be given a Personal Feedback Questionnaire (PFQ) to complete of their experience of our out of hours service.

Location Mid & South Essex (Broomfield, Southend, Thurrock & Basildon)

Hours Available Evenings, Overnight and weekends covering a 24/7 operation (we may be able to offer hours that could suit your requirements subject to availability)
