Job description
We are looking for skilled, hands-on concrete finishers to join our team on the largest infrastructure project in the UK, in Rickmansworth area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs concrete finishing, including sanding, coating, spraying, and hand-dusting of concrete surfaces
- Ensures that all jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Performs minor repairs as needed by job supervisor or manager
- Inspects and records the amount of concrete used for each job
- Maintains a positive attitude towards co-workers and job site conditions while working in a team environment to ensure a clean job site
- Completes all tasks in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor - hands on other tasks when not required for concrete finishing
Working hours :
Monday - Thursday 7:30-19:00,Friday 7:30-17:30 paid for 57 hours (6 full shifts) and possible extra Saturday shift for the right candidates.
Pay:
£17.50 – £18.50 per hour depending on skills and experience; CIS paid
This project offers a 2.5-year work opportunity for the suitable candidate.
