We’re looking for a hard-working, target-hitting and enthusiastic Production, Fulfilment & Quality Control Operative who wants to help spread our passion for healthy and sustainable food and drink by delivering the highest quality of product.

Production, Fulfilment & Quality Control is key to our business strategy, delivering high quality products to an ever-growing customer base

Shifts: Current shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm with half an hour lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks (morning and afternoon). Weekend working will be required, for example alternative Saturdays, this will be confirmed upon appointment.

Job type: Full time, permanent contract.

Salary: £21,700 - £23,000 dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

- To assist the production team in manufacturing our range of products, working on the production line, for example cold pressing ingredients in to bars.

- To assist the fulfilment team picking and packing all daily orders with exceptional attention to detail.

- Follow quality control standards, ensuring goods leaving are to our high standards.

- Adhere to health and safety, and food safety policy and procedures.

- Cleaning food production and fulfilment area to a high standard.

- Follow a set packing and production procedures.

- Ensure all production, picking and packing is completed in a timely manner.

- Maintain a high level of organization within and around the production, picking and packing area.

- Report low stock issues daily to management.

- Replenish and organize all packing supplies and equipment daily.

- Securing postal bags for all Mail collections.

- Liaise with the fulfilment manager on a regular basis to cover any stock issues.

- Reporting low stocks of packing equipment to the manager.

- Assist with the restocking of products into correct bays.

- Assist in any changes to the picking, production and packing area/procedure as directed by management.

- Ad-hoc tasks outside of the general scope of work.

Skills and experience:

- Experience of working in fulfilment operations is desirable.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

- Problem solving and time management skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced, cross functional environment.

- Sound judgment and decision-making ability.

- Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks.

- Basic computer skills.
