The Learning Process Improvement Manager is accountable for process optimization, service management, supplier management and supporting with the measurement of learning solutions aligned to our learning strategy.
You will play a key role in defining and reporting on the measurement of learning solutions, leading on improvements to learning processes and supplier management and managing the relationship with shared service centre (Central Business Services) team monitoring and reviewing service levels.

- Learning measurement strategy - Responsible for the learning measurement strategy, learning evaluations, building case studies and KPIs
- Learning impact measurement - Ownership of the Learning dashboard to report on learning metrics across the business, understanding trends, identifying data sources, upskilling colleagues, data analysis, managing dashboard improvements and data quality issues
- Service Management - Ownership and ongoing review of learning solution delivery processes and monitoring KPIs and Service level Agreements (SLAs) across Learning,
- Process improvement - Leading continuous improvement initiatives to improve the learner and learning professional experience (e.g. driving automation), Manage learning process queries, Maintaining process documentation to support learning stakeholders (process maps, policies, standard operating procedures) and resources (e.g. FAQs and guides) as required
- Vendor management - Leading on supplier performance reviews, managing supplier requests and relationship management with Procurement, Vendor management and Associate Resourcing. Ownership of the learning preferred supplier list ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to enable users to identify suitable suppliers
- Strategic project support - Support the Head of Learning Operations with strategic projects and defining and implementing process improvements. Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- You’ll need to be highly organised to successfully deliver projects and have high standards for quality. Effective stakeholder management will be key as the role requires working closely with the central Learning team and the Central Business Services team.
- A successful candidate will be a creative and critical thinker who approaches monitoring and evaluation with a strategic lens and is able to interpret diverse sources of information
- Continuous improvement experience and learning measurement experience from a similar role including project management and business analysis
- Excellent understanding of process improvement and learning measurement and evaluation concepts including process mapping and standard operating procedures
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops with a range of learning stakeholders
- Experience with developing and monitoring Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple activities and streams of work to co-ordinate and manage.
- Strong project management including understanding of interpreting business needs
- Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, challenging and managing stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of Power BI, Microsoft Office including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
