Job description
We are recruiting a highly organised Events Co-ordinator to join our small events team and project manage and deliver all Liberty Wines events. These events range in scale from our key portfolio tastings in London and Ireland with over 800 wines and 1000 customers to intimate winemaker dinners with 20-40 customers and press. The role also includes the co-ordination of Liberty Wines presence at external trade and consumer events.
You will collaborate with teams across the organisation including Brand Management, Sales, and Sales Support and liaise directly with producers.
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ events management experience
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills with both internal and external contacts
- Excellent Excel and database skills
- Good wine knowledge and languages (French, Italian or Spanish) would be an advantage
What you can expect
Salary is commensurate with experience
- Personal bonus of up to 5% of salary, based on performance against key objectives and participation in company bonus.
