We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced Barista Full time to cover only the afternoon & Evening Shifts at Covent Garden - London!

Buns From Home is a lockdown success story, making homemade cinnamon buns first from home and now from our stores across London.
Your Main Duties:
As a Front of House Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for an individual who shares our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. You will be key to delivering that great experience every day. You will create an inviting and friendly environment for our customers whilst ensuring processes are followed to maximise efficiency. You will help to make our bakeries a great place to visit and a great place to work. As part of the most visible team in the business, you’ll help us build a great culture and set our standards for great service.
Shift patterns:
Our Covent Garden Bakery is Closing usually at 11:30 pm, the shifts patterns as closing time are:
- 10:30 am - 9:30 pm
- 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm
- 2:30 pm - 11: 30 pm
For this role will be required to be available to do afternoon & Evening shifts. During the training period will be asked to do early shifts at various locations around London.
About you:
- You have a warm, outgoing and friendly personality.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are efficient, proactive and a great multitasker.
- Have a great work ethic and have ability to work well under pressure .
- Have some coffee experience (not essential).
- You are a strong team player. There is no "I" in "Team".
- You are able to work independently without close supervision.
