Those products include the discount travel booking platform “Tripbeat” and our market-leading cinema discount e-commerce platform “The Cinema Society” as well as cinema vouchers sold in bulk.
Our clients range from SME’s, schools and public bodies to huge brands such as Kia, McDonald’s, Santander, MasterCard and more. We’ve grown rapidly since opening in 2016, mostly through word of mouth and reacting to opportunities but we’d like to improve our pro-active new business outreach and that’s where you come in…

We supply marketing services and closed user-group clubs to help attract and retain new customers and employees as well as creating promotional campaigns to help them to sell more products – the sort of thing you see on supermarket shelves that make products stand out for example.

The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you’re role will entail the selling of our clients products (Travel & Leisure Sector) to LECs that have membership programs for members, customers or employees. You’ll be responsible for identifying, researching and approaching relevant businesses, with the support from our in-house marketing team but will own and manage the end-to-end process yourself!

You’ll be responsible for identifying, researching and approaching relevant businesses, with the support from our in-house marketing team but will own and manage the end-to-end process yourself!
You’ll also be expected to Account Manage and report to your clients on pipeline progression and new opportunities, as well as working with them directly to establish the right solution to the right opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform desktop and field research to identify companies and organisations who would benefit from our services.
- Work with the Business Development Director and Marketing Team to pro-actively approach those organisations (both in bulk and individually) with solutions appropriate to their needs.
- Respond to business leads with further information and where appropriate conduct sales meetings remotely (or occasionally in person)
- Where a more bespoke solution is needed, handover the contact to the Business Development Director or other appropriate employee.
- Handover new projects to the Account Team to ensure a smooth transition of work and excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports for and regularly meet both internal line manager and clients as required to update them on activity undertaken.
- Have some fun! Stay motivated, interested and try to learn something new every day!

- HUGELY motivated…it’s not easy making lots of new business approaches, particularly when you feel like you’re not getting anywhere…but the successful approaches make it worth it.

- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to develop relationships with colleagues and clients

- You should be able to show success in approaching and winning business from new clients as well as successfully growing clients.
- You should be a lover of both travel and the movies…
Experience
- Outlook and attitude are more important than experience though it would be of benefit to you to have experience of working in or with one or more of the following sectors:
