Northumberland NHS Talking Therapies Service is part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. It is run as a partnership between Mental Health Matters and Sunderland Counselling Service; two local and national providers of psychological therapies with a strong track record of success. We offer free psychological treatment for people aged 16 and over who have a GP in Northumberland.
