We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting and challenging opportunity to become part of our compassionate, dedicated and patient centred Senior Nursing team. We are looking to appoint a Matron post in Acute Medicine department based at Ysbyty Gwynedd
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about leading the team to deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients thus making a positive difference to the patient’s experience. As Matron you will ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed performance, financial and government objectives whilst ensuring the workforce are professionally led and managed in order to develop a highly motivated and empowered team.
The Matron alongside the Senior Leadership wider team will ensure our services are safe, timely, clinically effective, and person centred so patients, service users and families have a good experience of care. The matron through clinical leadership, will embed clinical governance processes and systems to support assurance that the teams provide consistently achieve high care standards
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
