Omnichannel Executive
12 month contract
Soho, London
Hybrid working – 2 day’s week required in office
Duties
· Implement the activation strategy for our clients products, elevating there approach to drive best in class results, externally benchmarked against top tier companies.
· Support the planning, briefing and execution of activations according to KPIs and aligned to brand strategic priorities.
· Implement a full year activation calendar aligned to the commercial priorities.
· Brief agencies and execute / manage the eCRM calendar.
· Regular reporting required - conduct (Measuring and Evaluation) on activations and share in a format relevant to the broader GB business, global brand teams and Global teams; aligned to KPI’s relevant for all key stakeholders i.e. delivery, ROAS and others.
· Owns banner briefs and approvals via UNIT. Ensures new comms get executed on site in a timely manner.
· Responsible for ensuring that all content created and posted across The GB ecosystem is DMC compliant. Owns DMC compliant content approval process via DCH across all digital channels.
· Supporting Commercial Lead with key business tasks:
· Monthly by sku forecasting in Anaplan
· Promotional/pricing set up and updates in Shopify
· Coupons and discounts set up in Shopify
· Promotional/coupon analysis
· Supporting with internal processes and procedures around budget planning, PO creation and invoice processing.
· Responsible for timely new product listings, including new sku set up across all platforms; SAP, Shopify and Umbraco
· Monitoring stock availability and raising challenges/issues to the Operational team
· Making the following website updates via Umbraco platform on a daily/weekly basis:
· Updating product pages (PDPs) and creating new ones (i.e. images, product copy, back-end tagging)
· Creating new landing pages in line with marketing requirements (brand/category pages, occasion-led landing pages)
Driving any immediate website optimisations that do not require further technical work to improve customer experience on site. This includes but isn’t limited to running content, learns to drive conversion, optimising taxonomy/website navigation, improving Gift Finder, setting up automated flows.
Monitoring customer feedback, ratings & reviews through Yotpo and Trustpilot
Skills
· Minimum 3+ years within an FMCG or related industry experience
· Internal or external experience as Digital Activation or commercial role within a digital setting
· Experience in eCRM and general understanding of the UX on websites
· Excellent attention to detail
· Project Management, Analytical and core selling skills.
· Time management; prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
· Desire to create change; to build the execution tracking function.
· Proactive relationship builder
· High resilience; positive attitude; able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team cross-functionally.
· Problem solver; solution-based team player who can deal with ambiguity; adapt quickly
· High attention to detail.
Education
Degree educated or equivalent
