Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks across a range of trades.
Specialise in refurbishment projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Perform skilled plastering and masonry tasks to a high standard of finish.
Troubleshoot issues and devise practical, effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols.
Interact with clients professionally, addressing queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Complete all projects within the established time frame and budget.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other tradespeople as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and new advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman in a range of trades including plastering and masonry, with a focus on refurbishment projects.
Vocational training or trade certification in plastering, masonry or another relevant field preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in multiple trades.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes.
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
Valid driver's license.
