We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Support Worker to join our team here at iBC Healthcare within our Supported Living Service in the Deepcar, Sheffield and surrounding areas working part-time or full-time on days or nights.

  • Contract: Full-Time roles days and nights.
  • Hours: Day shifts 8am-8pm or Night shifts 8pm-8am
  • Pay: £11.00 per hour

We care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health dementia, complex health needs and challenging behaviours. A very friendly welcoming team awaits you. Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
