6 month contract initially with potential to become permanent
Based on-site Monday-Friday (37 hour week)
£28,000 - £30,000 FTE

In this role, you'll take on a wide range of HR responsibilities, including;
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Managing the on and off boarding process
- Assisting managers in performance management procedures
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing guidance and assistance
- Maintaining records of personnel-related data
- Preparing HR reports
- Developing and maintainingg policies and procedures
- Co-ordinating training sessions for line managers
- Co-ordinating and supporting key HR projects
- In this role you will work closely and support with the wider HR team. For example, notetaking for disciplinary hearings, grievances, support with consultations and redundancies, mandatory collective bargaining activity, preparing offers of employment

Requirements for Success:
- Proven experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS management.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability – no 2 days will be the same!
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (Workday an advantage)
