Our busy client in Ross-on-Wye is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly, growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

No particular experience required for this role, as full training will be provided so long as you are happy to learn. You will also benefit from free parking and a friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Administration and paperwork

• Update office system with notes relating to queries and customers

• Keep system up to date with any new information

• Taking and making phone calls when necessary

• Assisting with queries and answering effectively, directing elsewhere when appropriate

• Any other ad-hoc duties to support the business and team

Key Attributes

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5h per week

Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum
