THE JOB:
We are hiring for a Nightshift 1st Line NOC Engineer / Service Operator to work from home, on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY:
At Convergence, we look after a small number of high value customers that are recognisable brands and big household names in our NOC, To be successful as our part our nightshift NOC team, you'll need:
- basic technical skills to become our Service Operator / NOC Engineer
- to respondi to a low number of faults raised by email, telephone or system generated. (an average 10 tickets per night)
- to filter faults raised to determine the next course of action
- to prepare customer updates to be sent via email
- to update our system (ServiceNow)
- to create handover information for the day shift team
You’ll be supported by on call engineers and duty manager during every nightshift

T&C's:
- Permanent, full-time
- Office Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm during training period
- You'll move to home-based nightshift on 3 on 3 off 12 hour shifts patterns (7pm-7am) after training period is complete
