Job description

As our Nightclub Manager, you will:
- Lead your team in delivering world class service in our Nightclub, to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience from the moment they enter our premises until they leave.
- Manage Team Schedules effectively to ensure we are balancing cost control against venue requirements
- Be required to manage your stock through effective stock takes, ensuring that discrepencies are investigated and that orders are created accurately
- Be responisble for the training of your team, identifying gaps in knowledge and creating plans to rectify this.
- Be involved in the Recruitment of your team, as required along with the General Manager
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!

Our family friendly venue serves food 7 days a week from 12pm. Plus we have daily deals on our menu to make sure eating out is pocket-friendly as well as tasty!
With the major sports channels and large screen TVs guests can also enjoy the best of football, boxing and more, live!
We have a late-night bar too. Every Friday and Saturday we’ve got DJs providing a soundtrack to the weekend and are open til 1am, with classic drinks, shots and cocktails to enjoy! On a Thursday, we also have live acoustic music from 9pm.
