Job description
Night time Health Care Assistants required to work in our highly regarded residential care home.
Briar Dene Residential Care Home, established over 35 years ago and now settled into our new state-of-the-art care home premises, are looking for caring and passionate individuals to join our team.
As Care Assistant, you will promote dignified and respectful care to ensure residents can lead fulfilling lives. As a Care Assistant, every day will be different and you will play an important role in caring for individuals who will genuinely appreciate your work.
Hours of work: 22.00 - 07.30
Work days: Both full time and part time permanent positions are available on a rolling rota so the range of hours on offer can be tailored from 18 to 41 hours per week.
Salary: £11.00 to £12.50 per hour
Post Requirements:
· Experience and a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but is not essential if willing to undertake training.
· Candidates must be able to provide 2 independent references.
· Candidates must be of a kind and caring nature and work well as part of a team.
