Job title: Female Night Support Worker
Location: Milton Keynes - Tattenhoe
Salary: £10.10 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent 40 hours per week
Shifts: 9pm-7am & requires working alternate weekends
You must have experience within a care environment due to this being a challenging service.

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. Howe Park set in lovely rural location provides a step-down service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & behaviour which may be described as challenging. Each individual is provided with their own flat alongside access to the internal and external communal spaces. It balances the opportunity for independence development with social integration.
Support Worker duties:

This role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010.
Any successful candidates will be required to undergo a enhanced DBS check and supply a minimum of 2 verified references, with proof of ID and 2 proofs of address.

- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
