Client Strategy Manager
London
As a Barclays Client Strategy Manager, you will be working in the Client Strategy team who closely collaborate with Distribution to define which clients to service, with which products and in what regions. It identifies revenue opportunities, devises a strategy to seize them, and implements processes to monitor progress and track action to completion. This will involve collaborating with Trading and Research management to ensure a holistic delivery to Clients. The team operates in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

- Acting as a trusted partner to Liquid Financing - Prime and Fixed Income Financing - Distribution & Trading management, providing strategic advice and participating on business decisions
- Collaborating with the Liquid Financing Heads to set the priorities and objectives for the business, cascade these down to Distribution Heads, collaborating with direct reports for completion
- Devising client strategy by partnering with Global and Regional Distribution Heads to identify, prioritise and monetise revenue opportunities
- Implementing Liquid Financing - Prime and Fixed Income Financing - by leading the design and implementation of processes to monitor progress on client strategy and related client initiatives
- Devising the Technology priorities for Distribution and Clients with Global and Regional Distribution Heads and act as the lead point of contact for Distribution with the Technology teams
- Coordinating with Business Management and liaise with infrastructure to remediate Distribution and Client issues, prioritise and deliver on the book of work to continuously improve the platform
- Owning client intelligence and analytics by defining the required Distribution and Client intelligence to manage and drive performance to ensure the integrity of data and reporting
- Assisting on the delivery for Markets or Barclays driven client initiatives, coordinating, and collaborating with senior colleagues in Distribution, SRM, Trading, Research and Infrastructure
- Experience in Global Markets Division and Investment Bank overall
- Experience in Corporate Strategy, Client Strategy at banks or Management Consulting from a top firm
- Advanced ability to use PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Prime Services
- Knowledge of Fixed Income financing
