Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 19:00-07:00

About the role

You will be responsible for the exceptional service delivery and welcome for all occupiers and visitors across the building. The service you will provide must be delivered to a high standard through presentation, communication & engagement and management of key operations and software. You will be acting as the focal point for any occupier queries or issues and improving connectivity within the building and championing occupier engagement.

You will be self-motivated and your experience matches in dealing with tenants and visitors, attention to detail, good communication skills and reporting skills. Greeting tenants and visitors, regular patrols, lock and unlocking access, key holding and keeping all areas secure and following site rules and regulations for tenant and contractor access.


Must have:


  • SIA licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good report writing and preparing incident reports
  • IT skills and able to compose emails.
  • Initiative to recognise priorities within own workload.
  • A good level of spoken and written English.
  • Dealing with difficult people and finding solutions.
