If so, working as a Night Receptionist could be the role for you. You should be passionate about high standards of customer service. It is essential to be able to work independently with confidence and have great time management skills.
As a Night team member with us, you’ll need to handle all hotel operations throughout the night to ensure our guests have everything they need.
Skills and Experience
Experience in previous work in a similar position will be beneficial, also our induction and ongoing training will support you to do the role.

Be comfortable working alone and within the team.
Have a passion for delivering an outstanding service to our guest, no matter what time of the night.
Be familiar and confident to Health and Safety, Fire Safety as well as policies and procedures.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills, but yet flexible to meet needs of the guest and business.
Enjoy problem solving and keeping calm in a crisis.
Have positive attitude towards everyone with ability to make guests feel at home.
What is to work as a Night Team Member?
From time to time you may working solo and you’ll ensure safety in our hotels throughout the night.
Be approachable through the night to guests to ensure guest can feel that they can come and ask a question to our teams at any time.
Complete corridor and public areas checks.
Reception duties-including running the ‘night audit’, check in and check out of guests, taking payments, cash handling, answering for a phone calls and emailed queries.
Setting up/clearing down of conference rooms and public areas.
Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
Please note that working hours are 10:30pm – 7am. You will be flexible and ready to work thru the week and weekend nights.
