We’re looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist to:
  • deliver excellence and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal polices and contracts
  • oversee the top priorities for Business and act as the key contact for sales and clients
  • spearhead the Front to Back process with prioritization framework for any new client onboarding/account opening request
  • act as the subject matter expert for documentation and KYC requirements and processes relating to client onboarding for our ETD business
  • identify process improvement areas, consistently refining and streamlining the F2B process
  • lead a team of Transition Managers based in Zurich, London and Krakow

Your team

You’ll be working in the Transition Management (Onboarding Specialist) team, under Integrated Client Lifecycle Services (ICLS) to support the EMEA region. Based in Zurich or London, you will oversee the front to back operating environment and to ensure the clients are onboarded in a seamless manner with the collaboration with key stakeholders. You will lead a small group of ETD Onboarding Specialists. The successful candidate will be required to interact with key stakeholders such as Business, Credit, Legal and all other functions involved in the entire end to end onboarding process on a daily basis.

Your expertise

  • strong knowledge of the ETD product and client base and experienced team leader/line manager
  • university degree and 7+ years of experience in a Client Onboarding/Transition Management or similar role
  • strong interpersonal communication skills with confidence to deal professionally and persuasively with clients and senior figures
  • familiar with the AML/KYC policies and requirements
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment and changing requirements
  • team player with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work across a diverse set of business streams
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • English language skills essential, plus German language skills preferred
