An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our 27-bedroom hotel based in Swinton Manchester.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Taking reservations over the phone, via email, or face-to-face
To ensure guests receive a warm welcome to the hotel and assist them throughout their stay.
Respond to all inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
Maintaining high standards of the front desk.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance
Ensure all reservations, modifications and cancellations are processed according to hotel policies
If you believe you possess the above Duties to carry out this take responsibility for and ensure the daily early and late task lists are completed and checked to ensure we exceed guest satisfaction
This position will include shifts working 2-3 days out of seven on a Rota basis with a night shift (23:00 pm-7:00 am) for the duration of 8 hours each.
The ideal candidate would be someone with hotel customer service experience and skill in operating a PMS system, flexible and adaptable in all areas of hotel operation to assist when required.
The training will be provided.
