Bellaccino’s Italian Restaurant is a family run business in the heart of St Albans city centre. We are proud to offer delicious and authentic Italian cuisine, great service and a great working environment - made by all of our front and back of house staff.

Due to a recent expansion we are now looking for new staff members to join our front of house team - Full and Part Time positions available!

Our great working environment is made by our passionate and dedicated staff who come to work with a smile on their face each day, we are looking for individuals with a a desire to deliver excellent service to our customers!

Requirements:

• The successful candidate needs to maintain impeccable personal grooming and presentation at all times, be systematic, organised with attention to detail for service.
• You must be a team player and someone who enjoys working with people of all ages and different backgrounds, with a knowledge/liking of real Italian food!
• General duties will include opening and closing the restaurant, taking orders and prepping the restaurant for service.
• -6 Months - 1 year waiting experience in a restaurant, hotel and catering related job is highly desirable.
• -Someone that can think fast when needed to handle situations whilst delivering service with a big smile at all times!
• -Able to multitask and work under pressure during busy service
• -Hardworking and efficient at all times, able to prepare the restaurant for our business service times.
• -Approachable with a friendly personality and knowledge or a desire to learn about Italian food and wine.
• -Keep cool under pressure with a 'can do' attitude.
• -Good command of the English language is a must
• -Polite, responsible and trustworthy.
• -Need to be able to follow instructions from management
• -Age preferred 18+
• -Live close to/in St Albans is an advantage, but not essential

This job requires you to work various shifts including weekends for which flexibility is a must!
