Responsibilities:
- Organisational Design and Development: Optimise efficiency by assessing the structure, anticipating changes, and implementing strategies aligned with long-term goals.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers, source and select qualified candidates, and build relationships with external networks.
- Training Matrix Management: Maintain a comprehensive training matrix, identify needs, and schedule programs to ensure compliance and competence.
- Employee Development and Training: Implement learning programs, identify training needs, and provide coaching and external opportunities.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals, provide feedback, analyse performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work environment, enhance satisfaction, lead recognition programs, and provide guidance on employee relations.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and communicate HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and support managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 CIPD Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
