Night Manager 27,500 per annum plus service chargeWe have an exciting opportunity for a Night Manager to join our team! The Night Manager will ensure our night team provides an engaging, sincere, personalised service to our guests. As a Night Manager, you will showcase excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, maximize the night operations and ensure exceptional guest service. In the absence of Senior Management, the Night Manager has the overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel overnight.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel would be beneficial
- You will be obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations
- You will genuinely care about guest experience and exceeding guest expectations
- You are a great leader and strive to develop the night reception team
