- Lead a team of senior IT professionals with a focus on specific customer groups.
- Have a clear and thorough understanding of OPG’s business functions, processes and information management priorities as well as the IT systems and resources used to help the business optimize IT expenditures.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality and reliable IT services at the lowest possible cost
- Lead and champion the development, delivery and continuous improvement of IT demand management and customer relationship management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify service gaps and create IT roadmaps to enable short term and long-term business outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Business Relationship Office and course correct when required.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL)

- BRMP certification, CBRM preferred.
- ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification considered an asset.
- 10+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in a unionized environment considered an asset.
- 5+ years of project management experience with increased responsibility considered an asset.
- Proven experience managing IT demand across multiple business units with competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
