Job description
The department responsible for maintaining 5* standards of cleanliness, hygiene and polish at The Grove is seeking a Night Cleaning Supervisor to join the team in delivering the sparkle our guests have come to expect at the hotel. Supporting the management team by checking that our standards are upheld and leading by example you will assist with the general duties of the Housekeeping department, to ensure that our guests are delighted by the finishing touches on which we pride ourselves.
Strong supervisory experience is essential to be able to co-ordinate the team who are based in multiple locations of the property.
We see the role of our house keeping team as vital to our success, as our guests have always had high expectations for their time with us but at the current time it’s more important than ever that they feel safe.
The role is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a contribution to our busy team.
