We are looking for Health Care Assistants who are proactive, naturally caring, passionate and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred care environment for our residents. You will work as an integral part of our team whilst delivering the very best supportive care to our residents.
SALARY
Starting: £10.90
Probationary period of 6 Months
Offer of further Career development with NVQ training
Night Shift
20:00pm-08.00PM 6 Nights on and 8 Nights off.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping our residents with personal support and care
* Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
* Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding
* Interacting with our residents on a personal level
