We are proud to be a local run business that has been supporting Younger adults and older people in Rochdale.

We are looking for Health Care Assistants who are proactive, naturally caring, passionate and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred care environment for our residents. You will work as an integral part of our team whilst delivering the very best supportive care to our residents.

SALARY

Starting: £10.90

Probationary period of 6 Months

Offer of further Career development with NVQ training

Night Shift

20:00pm-08.00PM 6 Nights on and 8 Nights off.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

* Helping our residents with personal support and care

* Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs

* Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding

* Interacting with our residents on a personal level

We will be considering applications from those with and without care experience. It is important that you share our care values and be able to demonstrate your naturally caring attitude, compassion, and kindness with a willingness to learn and develop yourself whilst working in a friendly and community team environment.

For those wishing to pursue a career in care, we will support you with your training, which includes the essential Principles & Values Award, Level 2 Health and Social Care and all the necessary mandatory training, plus extra modules to support personal development.
