Your role at Prydis:
We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team at Prydis.
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors,
answering and directing phone calls, managing mail, and providing administrative
support as needed.
Role duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is neat and tidy
- Schedule appointments and meeting room bookings
- Arrange hotel and travel bookings
- Process payment transactions from Clients
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Relevant skills and knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software is preferred but not
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
