Nexus PMO and Delivery Manager

The Nexus team are delivering an innovative programme, working in an agile environment to build the most convenient, helpful, and personalised customer experience in aviation.
The PMO and Delivery Manager role plays a key part in the programme, reporting into the Head of Business Change. You will lead the PMO and delivery function, responsible for providing expertise and leading all elements of programme governance, alongside audit preparation, assurance tracking and compliance.
What you’ll do
- Track and manage key deliverables, providing expertise and coordinating programme governance and assurance tracking
- Run the day-to-day RAIDD process (i.e., tracking dependencies and actions, risks, and issues)
- RAIDD responsibility for working with risk owners in Nexus, ensuring risks are monitored, tracked, updated, and closed
- Manage local and wider-BA governance reporting requirements
- Work with Finance and Procurement to ensure efficient sourcing of critical Nexus enablers
- Responsible for the maintenance of all governance structures and documentation for the programme
- Line manager for the Nexus PMO position
- Point of contact for all programme governance related information
- Management of Software compliance
- Liaison with Procurement and leading the project management of any Procurement activities
- Supplier Management - in-contract management of the suppliers, resolving strategic, operational and relationship issues
- Audit parts of the programme where required to assess any issues and resolve problems before external audits take place

- Strong understanding of programme governance and PMO processes
- Experience of account/suppler management
- Proven experience of people management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and managing changing priorities
