Job Overview
Opportunity to join a lively, hardworking Estate Agency team in Tadley. The role is to be an integral part of the sales team and to assist the office to meet its sales targets. Due to increasing business levels we are in need of a capable, hard working Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join the team who has already gained experience in the industry so that they can hit the ground running. Regular phone and email contact with clients in addition to responsibility for face to face appointments during property viewings and market appraisals in addition to in branch. Fantastic earning potential through a generous uncapped commission structure and excellent career progression.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Email and telephone contact with clients/purchasers/landlords/tenants
- Meeting/exceeding targets set per month
- Conducting viewings and client appointments
- Prospecting, generating and conversion of Market Appraisal
- Sales progression
- Negotiating offers on properties
- Maintaining the branch database of clients
- Production and publishing of property details
- Canvassing
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous sales experience/Estate Agency experience essential
- Well presented - business attire required
- Knowledge of IT systems and MS Office
- Ability to work extended hours
