We are now accepting applications for a next cohort of Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our Families and Children’s Service.
We are recruiting in teams across Wiltshire including; Support and Safeguarding, Integrated Front Door/MASH, Children in Care, Fostering and Kinship and our Emerald team who specialise in child exploitation.

How do we support you?
You will work with a dedicated ASYE Development Manager. That support includes twice monthly supervision as well as informal support and ongoing guidance for practice. You will receive ongoing training and development which is designed by our designated ASYE Co-ordinator, and you will finish with an end of year group celebration.

Applicants for this role must have a social work degree or be in their final year.
Due to the rural nature of the county, you will require a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
If successful in interview, we will offer you a post on successful completion of your degree and the opportunity in the interim to be a paid employee as an unqualified Key Worker full or part time ahead of your Social Work England registration on a salary of £27,741 per annum pro rata.
Interviews will be held at the end of February, March and April.
