Job description
My client in East London is looking for 2 new recruits to join this newly formed hospital team.
They would consider either a newly qualified with a suitable placement or an experienced adults social worker.
Suitable candidates must have a degree in social worker.
These are long term on-going positions.
The Move on Team will concentrate on moving people on from Interim beds. They have around 100 beds that they use, rooms, Housing with care flats and placements to facilitate discharges quickly.
The Move on team will complete Care Act Assessments and source long term accommodation or support people back home from these beds.
