The NPA Department governs the process around the review and approval of new product initiatives across all Firm business lines globally to ensure that Firm infrastructure and control groups confirm support capabilities and validate that risk is adequately managed. The Department reports on new product activity to the Firm's business risk management organizations, infrastructure groups and senior management on a regular basis. In addition, the Department is responsible for routine reporting to enterprise level governance committees and engages with regulators as required. The EMEA NPA team's coverage officers oversee the required governance for new product initiatives originated in the region, mainly London and Frankfurt, and coordinate reporting to its EMEA based NPA stakeholders. The team works closely with the global NPA Department, sharing responsibilities for global reporting and stakeholder support.

The successful candidate will support the daily oversight and governance required at each stage of an EMEA NPA's lifecycle, and help organize the local and global reporting requirements to the Firm's NPA stakeholders. The candidate will also work with the global NPA team, across multiple projects and in ensuring the successful ongoing deployment of the Department's proprietary workflow system.
To be successful, the candidate must be able to work with limited direction and manage multiple program initiatives concurrently. Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct review and analysis is required. A confident and clear communication style is a prerequisite.
