They are professional yet still retain the close-knit team feel where you can make a real difference. This is the beginning of a new region for this business with an exciting pipeline of upcoming developments to sell.
The Role:
This developer have a requirement for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to take the lead on sales for a gorgeous development in Watford.
This is a huge opportunity to run the first site in a pipeline of large scale developments for a new region of this developer, there is a long progression path to developing and managing your own team.
The Person:
- This candidate will be excited for a long chapter of growth with a developer with a large land bank.
- The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, productive and have proven new homes experience.
- You must be a self-starter, confident with your sales ability, good at networking and have exceptional customer service skills.
