With a growing pipeline of new developments, we’re recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to join our team in the North.
What you’ll be doing
As Sales Executive, you’ll lead the frontline sales performance for Private Sales and Shared Ownership and any other sales related products offered by Latimer, which is the development arm of Clarion Housing Group. Our pipelines continue to grow rapidly, and so do our ambitions.
We’re looking for an individual who can deliver high volume sales of newly built Private Sales and Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
Highly motivated and target driven, you’ll focus on maintaining customer service standards and exceeding sales targets. This will involve working collaboratively with other teams to drive sales, from project inception through to completion.
What you’ll need
You'll have experience of the property sales and marketing process, working with both internal and external parties in relation to sale-related matters and, most of all ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
The sites are open 7 days a week between 10am – 6pm, you will be working on a rota and be required to work Saturday and Sunday as part of the 5 days and possibly one late night until 7pm in the week.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from you if you have the confidence to run sales offices’ on sites and represent the sales team and the wider company brand.
