Job description
We are seeking a talented and data-driven affiliate channel manager to help drive efficient growth across our mobile and web properties. We are an early-stage business, and you will be working in an agile environment within the Growth team, working alongside teams such as marketing, data analytics, CX and design, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills, drive key initiatives and make an impact.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our affiliate marketing campaigns and be encouraged to explore new partnership and growth opportunities to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of affiliate marketing campaigns including forecasting, strategy, execution, optimisation, measurement, and achieving growth targets
- Own daily partnership maintenance, including content reviews, tracking audits, and reporting
- Work with internal teams to continuously develop and launch new campaigns with affiliate partners highlighting key features and product value propositions
- Turn detailed performance data into actionable insights and recommendations towards key business objectives and customer targets
- Support with marketing asset development, and securing legal and compliance approvals
- Improve performance by optimising existing partnerships, using data to uncover and test opportunities including A/B testing user journeys, new placements, ad copy, and offers
- Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers
- Explore new channels and/or tools to improve new customer growth and efficiency
Key Skills and Experience
- Prior experience launching and managing affiliate marketing campaigns and performance partnerships (other performance marketing experience desirable but not essential)
- Experience with digital tracking tools and techniques in both mobile app and web environments (Appsflyer, UTM and cookie tracking, server to server integrations, etc.)
- Familiar with bidding platforms across Search (Adwords, Bing, Apple), Social (Meta, Twitter) and Programmatic (DV360, CM360)
- Strong project management, with experience owning end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data (and data teams) to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working alongside product, content and creative teams
- Experience in mobile-first and multi-product businesses a plus
