about the role
The New Homes Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the Lead Generation and Marketing Manager and the wider Senior Management Team in the Development directorate.
The successful candidate will:
· Ensure that our new build properties and schemes are effectively managed and marketed from release to reservation
· Be the first point of contact throughout our customers’ Rent to Buy, shared ownership and market sale journeys.
· Be on-hand to ensure it is an enjoyable and smooth process; from their very first enquiry, all the way through to handing over the keys on moving day
· Be a positive and highly motivated team member who delivers outstanding performance, has fantastic customer service skills and is highly organised
· Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to comfortably engage with a variety of stakeholders.
