We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our young clients care package in Netley Common.
When you'll be working:
- Various shifts available to choose from
- 1 x waking night shift a week (9.30pm-6am)
- Twilight shift on a Monday (5pm-9pm)

Day shifts - Wednesdays & Fridays (8.30am-4.30pm)

What you'll be doing:
This role is to monitor and support our 17 year old teenage client with complex health needs in their own home. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
