Debenhams is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate team player to join the Debenhams Marketplace team. This role is at the heart of the marketplace team and is key to delivering a best-in-class experience for our Marketplace partners and the wider Debenhams team. The ideal Community Account Management Assistant will be innovative, driven and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Completion of sales analysis to support Marketplace team.
- Liaising with internal departments and the Marketplace team to ensure business initiatives are communicated effectively to Marketplace partners and feedback is provided to internal departments as required.
- Perform diagnosis and identify business levers to grow partner & overall marketplace turnover
- Establish and monitor seller KPIs to ensure strong adoption of Debenhams best practices
- Develop a personalized approach with key partners to create a better working relationship and position the marketplace as a strategic partner for them
- Liaise with the business development team to successfully transition sellers from launch to achieving objectives on their 30-day joint success plan
- Manage the communication and participation on all aspects of Debenhams promotions and events.
- Maintain required controls, processes and trackers and communicate to internal departments where necessary.
- Have regular business review meetings with sellers
- Handle general communications for the Marketplace team including any ad hoc queries, internally & externally, and support the Commercial Managers as required.
- Be a credible representative for the Debenhams Marketplace to our External partners and Internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the Boohoo behaviours in how work is delivered.
- Follow our business code of conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.

- Has strong commercial and analytical skills, and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing key partnerships and influencing at senior stakeholder level
- Good communication skills, numeracy and literacy are essential- Attention to detail is key
- Able to escalate to appropriate team members and senior management of external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise is a must, as factors will often change requirements
- Organised, efficient, and good at problem solving
- Strives to identify improvements to processes and refine as needed.
