Job Title: Care Assistant – Rapid Intake Team
Locations: Manchester (Areas available – Didsbury, East Didsbury, Timperley, Altrincham, Chorlton, Whalley Range, Fallowfield, Burnage)
Pay Rate: £10 per hour, Salary of £15,600 plus option of overtime + mileage
Hours: 30 hours per week + option of overtime
Access to vehicle required: Yes, due to the geographical location and nature of the role
No experience required as specialist training will be provided!

We are looking for kind, honest and compassionate Care Assistants to join the team in providing the very best care to our service users, responding to emergency discharges from hospital. Imagine a role where you are promoting people’s independence on their return home from hospital and more importantly making them smile every day! Duties will include:
- Responding to emergency discharges from hospital
- Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
- Preparing and serving meals/snacks
- Assisting with medication
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship
