NEW HOMES SALES ADVISOR
An exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning, premium new homes developer on their brand new housing developments as Sales Advisor across the Thames Valley region.
Role Purpose
You will provide an outstanding customer experience to customers looking to purchase a brand new home, assisting them with their home purchase from reservation through to completion and beyond.
The Role
You will be responsible for sales activities on new homes developments in the region, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will effectively respond to enquiries, book and complete viewing appointments, and assist customers in selecting their brand new home that meets their requirements.
Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- You will be an experienced Sales Advisor/Negotiator/Consultant/Executive within the new homes industry
- You'll have experience selling new residential developments, ideally off-plan
- Understand the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and beyond
- Experienced in maintaining excellent sales area and showhome presentation at all times
- Have in depth new homes knowledge
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Contact Builder) to record information
Your Personal Qualities:

- Professional, personable approach
- Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
- Passion for new homes and the housebuilding industry
- Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic DOE plus commission structure.
Location: Thames Valley region
Contract: Full time, Thursday - Monday, permanent position.
