We operate two of the UK’s leading residential snagging inspection and quality assurance companies. We work for both homebuyers as well as developers, contractors and investors. We’re looking for candidates who are looking for between 3-5 working days per week i.e fairly flexible.
For our homebuyer snagging company. Our inspectors can log into an online portal and mark on a calendar the days they’re able to work. They can then draw a radius on an interactive map the distance they’re willing to travel. Our website/system will then take bookings for the inspector based upon this information. The inspector attends the inspection and completes the snagging inspection on our tablet using our in house software/app. Finally, the inspector will return home and format/complete the report before uploading it to the client account area. The average inspection takes around 4-6 hours and we provide all equipment.
Pay is based upon a set percentage of the cost of the inspection to the client. Travel is paid on top of this, per mile. As an example for a 4 bed house, you would expect to receive around £180-190 + travel, and it will take around 4-6 hours to complete the inspection.
The other company we run is primarily working for developers and we arrange inspection days for you, usually on live construction sites. We pay around £200 - £220 p/d and the process works very similarly to the above.
We have a current team of eight inspectors around the UK, and looking to expand nationwide with flexible individuals. It is expected that candidates are ready to inspect and would require minimal or no training. We’re looking for candidates who can start asap.

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
