Eplan has rapidly expanded the services it offers, in line with its client base and reputation. As a well-regarded New Build Electrical housing contractor.
Main Duties:
We are looking for a candidate who is able to effectively carry out new build Electrical works to multiple sites in the midlands area, organising themselves so that work is carried out to the required standards. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and knowledge to carry out a great quality of work and tackle any issues that may arise while working on-site.
The successful candidate Ideally must have:
- Been experienced in Electrical on new build housing for a minimum fo 2 years
- Very high standards of quality.
- Hold a CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS card.
The Role:
- Liaising with our Contracts Managers for various jobs across our client base.
- Ensure work quality is to a high standard.
In return we offer:
- £40,000.00 - £100,000.00 Salary (Price/Piece work) on a subcontractor basis or employed basis.

Skills & Essential Experience:
- Good working knowledge trade
- An understanding of cost
- The ability to work under own initiative reporting back to management where necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident, can do attitude
- Ability to establish good working relationships with clients, the public
- An excellent understanding of Health and Safety
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
- CSCS card Holder
Desirable:
- Tablet Skills
- Gas Qualified
- CSCS.
- First Aid.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Face fit.
